This program will increase the probability of success for anyone who is either planning to start a business or in the early stages of launching a business. Applicants should have a definite career preference to set up and operate an independent business, possess technical skills and expertise appropriate to the business that is planned, possess willingness and ability to make a personal and financial commitment, have a fully developed business concept in mind, and have basic computer skills.
