Description:The harmonized Motorcycle Technician Apprenticeship requires time spent learning on the job and in the classroom. The apprenticeship is four years in duration, including 6,720 workplace hours and 600 in-school hours of technical training which comprises four levels. After completion of training, a passing grade of a minimum 70% on courses within BCIT, and the Ministry of Advanced Education exams, will result in the BC Certificate of Apprenticeship, BC Certificate of Qualification, and the inter-provincial endorsement, also known as Red Seal. This program delivers technical training required for employment as a motorcycle technician in BC.
