Description:A successful organization is only as good as its people. Human Resources Management [HRM] plays a critical role in ensuring the organization has the people necessary for success. As a Human Resources professional, you will be responsible for ensuring this occurs. Students successfully completing an HR program at Centennial will have the necessary foundational training and education to enter into occupations in Human Resources – either as generalists or as specialists, across a range of industries and organizations.     Applicants are required to have: University degree or a three-year college diploma in any discipline from a recognized institution and proof of English proficiency. We will consider applicants who have a two-year college diploma or a partial university degree (75% complete), and who have a minimum of two years work experience relevant to the program. Note: This program is not open to graduates of a three-year Business Administration - Human Resources, Ontario College Advanced Diploma, program.
