This program’s innovative curriculum uses a well-rounded approach and hands-on experience to give you the skills needed to work in various areas of health promotion, including: public health; physical and health education; research and evaluation; international, environmental, and mental health; and aboriginal health and wellness.

Applicants are required to have: 1 grade 12 English U/M course, 1 grade 12 4U Chemistry, 1 grade 12 U Biology or Excercise Science, 3 additional grade 12 U/M courses, and a minimum overall average of 75% in the 6 best grade 12 U/M courses.

  • Michigan English Language Assessment Battery [min. 80] or International English Language Testing System (academic or immigration) [min. 6.5] or Test of English as a Foreign Language (Computer Based) [min. 230] or Test of English as a Foreign Language (Internet Based) [min. 88]

    Health Promotion is a limited enrolment program. Selection is based upon overall admission requirements, and not solely on grade averages. In addition to meeting the courses requirement, applicants must submit a personal profile.
