Description:This 28-week full-time program is designed to train individuals to use a personal computer, operating systems and software applications including bookkeeping software to function in an office environment. The fundamentals of manual accounting are also covered. Four courses in this program are eligible for equivalency credits from the Canadian Institute of Bookkeeping (CIB). For those wanting to achieve a "Certified Bookkeeper" designation through CIB the remaining four credits can be taken through the part-time continuing education Bookkeeping Clerk Program.
