Description: | The Project Management graduate certificate program prepares students to initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control a project to ensure its success. That's true whether their area of interest is the arts, community or social services, business or government administration. If a student is a seasoned professional, this program provides the opportunity to learn new skills to advance your career faster.
Some of the important skills students will learn to do are: identifying clear project objectives and detailed project requirements, developing and monitoring performance measures, creating aluable project management plans, managing communication with all team members and project stakeholders, arranging and controlling finances, and managing project constraints including scope, quality, cost and time. Students in this program may apply to the Co-op program during their first academic semester. Enrollment in the Co-op program is limited through an additional Co-op application process that takes place during the first semester. |
