Description:In the Indigenous Business Studies Major, business students develop an understanding of the multicultural context of conducting business successfully in Canada and in Manitoba. The focus is on developing management skills that inform students about economic development in partnership with Indigenous peoples. Courses feature Indigenous peoples, culture, organizations, and economy, and will be drawn from the offerings in Native Studies, the Faculty of Arts, and the Asper School of Business.

Admission Requirements

Prerequisites:*These courses are intended as guidelines. Speak to your guidance counsellor to see what courses are offered at your school.
  •  Grade12 English 
  •  Grade12 Precalculus 
High school graduation including 5 full credits at the Grade 12 level.

A minimum average of 85% over the following, with no less than 70% in each course:

1. English

2. Pre-Calculus Mathematics

3. Two academic senior level courses
