| Description | Small businesses continue to show growth in today's economy, providing opportunities for tradespeople who possess a combination of trade and business knowledge. The Business-Trades online two-year Ontario College Diploma program gives tradespersons the opportunity to develop the skills necessary to plan and manage a business. The program emphasizes a core business curriculum focused on the management of a trades business. Students learn the basics of finance, marketing, operations and human resources as well as legal, ethical and planning considerations. | | |
