Description | The Foundation Visual Arts Certificate (FVA) is the starting point for most students. This one-year program prepares you for entry into the two-year Diploma or BAA program, and provides a fundamental overview of visual arts practice, theory, and history. Students experience hands-on learning in a project-based curriculum, introducing a broad range of art, craft, and design disciplines. Students generate an individual portfolio, documenting course work and personal and professional development, that can be used to apply for further studies at the New Brunswick College of Craft & Design or other leading institutions. | | |
