Description | The Certificate in Indian Communication Arts is a two-year, 72-credit-hour program of studies offered through the First Nations University of Canada’s Department of Indian Communication Arts. INCA courses help students to understand Indian societies, focus on communication issues of relevance to Aboriginal peoples, study and reflect on the role of communication in Indian and other societies, master basic writing skills and reporting techniques, learn the logistics of managing and operating community-based media outlets, and explore alternative and appropriate uses of mass communication technology. | | |
