Description | Art Fundamentals features a time-honoured foundation curriculum in the visual arts. With its focus on drawing, design and painting, the program allows students to assess which area of the visual arts is most appropriate to their talent and ability. Project-based courses create a portfolio of work in various media.
This traditional approach to artistic skill development is appealing to students wanting to apply to more advanced arts programs at Sheridan and other institutions, or to seek entry-level employment opportunities requiring fundamental visual arts skills.
