| Description | Improvise a scene, be a Shakespearean hero, improve your voice, tell a story, learn what makes a character tick, even perform in public! The study of drama is far from a vocational exercise. Familiarity with theatre and other arts provides essential life skills that manifest themselves in a variety of employment settings.
Any career that requires you to deal with the public, communicate verbally, and respond spontaneously would benefit from a Drama class or two. Graduates of the Drama program are ‘performing’ in their chosen careers, whether it be on stage, in classrooms or boardrooms.
