Description

Our graduates have careers in a diverse range of industries, from editors in content marketing and advertising agencies to web designers in leading-edge design firms, and art directors in the fashion industry. Every day, Digital and Print Publishing graduates apply in their careers the skills they learned during our comprehensive, 12-month program. The Digital and Print Publishing program provides hands-on experience with industry-standard tools: HTML & CSS, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and WordPress.

A vital part of the Digital and Print Publishing program is the production of a new issue of Pacific Rim Magazine (PRM) and the LangaraPRM.com website. PRM is an award-winning, 64-page publication distributed to all Globe and Mail subscribers in British Columbia. LangaraPRM.com hosts over twenty years of student work. Each issue of PRM is edited, written, illustrated, designed and coded by our students. The goal of our program is for students to graduate with professional and diverse portfolios they can proudly present to employers.
