At Waterloo, you'll study biology, physiology, chemistry, global health, health systems and policies, and more to get a full understanding of what drives human health. Learn how biological and social factors impact everything from cancer to addiction, and from infectious diseases to aging. Whether you opt for the regular or co-op stream, Health Sciences gives you the skills for improving human health, along with lots of room to customize your degree. Once you graduate, you'll be ready to pursue further studies -- like medical school or occupational therapy -- or jump right into the field in areas like policy analysis, health research, and public health administration.
