Northeastern University - New Paradigms in Game Design and Development

Join us for a workshop on exploring the latest ideas in game design and development, hosted by Prof. Magy Seif El-Nasr, Associate Professor in the College of Computer and Information Sciences and the College of Arts, Media and Design.

Professor Seif El-Nasr will introduce the game design and development process, discussing the different tools and instruments that are used in the development process, e.g. game engines, devices. She will also outline the process of development from ideation to playtesting. She will conclude the workshop with some advanced techniques in the area of game development - including procedural content generation, game AI, and game analytics.
