Description:The Supply Chain Management and Logistics program provides learners with the knowledge and skills to manage supply chains and coordinate logistics. The program explores the integrated nature of supply chains systems and their connections to stakeholder and strategic objectives. Learners will learn about the production, acquisition and sale of goods, services, and material, as well as the logistics required to bring these goods and services to market. The program includes essential business principles such as financial management that guides supply chain design and decision- making. It integrates a customer-centric philosophy throughout with emphasis on the development of leadership and communication skills, essential for negotiations and maintaining strategic relationships. Focus will include the use of industry technologies as well as quality and continuous improvement processes, systems, and techniques.
