The certificates in Intermediate Economics cover the fundamentals of microeconomic and macroeconomic theory and applications, as well as statistical analysis. Each consists of four courses which can be completed at your own pace.
Completing the Certificate in Intermediate Economics II gives you the mandatory courses required for most Masters of Arts in Economics programs in Canada, and can be taken by graduates from other programs who want to move into graduate studies in economics, including Laurier’s Business Economics Master of Arts in Business Economics (MABE).
Tuition and incidental fees are charged based on your year of entry and the number of courses in which you are registered. Please visit the Laurier website to learn more about tuition and fees.
