Courses include child and adolescent development, special issues affecting child and youth care, and care for children who have emotional or behavioural difficulties.

  • Work Experience
Submit proof of completion of 50 hours of relevant volunteer or work experience. Relevant volunteer or work experience in Child and Youth Care means work with vulnerable, at-risk youth in a therapeutic community-based agency or a managed care program. This usually will not include work in day care settings or camps.
