The e-Commerce Performance and Optimization Ontario Graduate Certificate program prepares graduates to improve the profitability, efficiency, and user experience of digital storefronts in today’s rapidly evolving online marketplace. This hands-on, one-year program equips students with the practical tools needed to boost conversion rates, streamline e-commerce operations, and support data-informed decision-making across the customer journey.
Throughout the program, students will learn how to apply conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies, conduct user experience (UX) testing and A/B experimentation, and implement techniques to improve inventory management and digital operations. They’ll also explore how to measure and refine digital marketing performance, interpret customer data to inform growth strategies, and ensure privacy and compliance within e-commerce platforms.
