•  Grade12 English 
•   Mathematics  or   Physics 
•   Biology 

Applicants are required to have an Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent, Grade 12 English (C or U), Grade 11 Math (M or U) or Grade 12 (C or U) - a grade of 70 or higher is required OR Grade 11 Physics (U) or Grade 12 (C or U) with a grade of 60 or higher may be accepted in lieu of Math, and Grade 11 Biology (C or U) or Grade 12 (U) - a grade of 70 or higher is required.

• International English Language Testing System (academic or immigration) [min. 6.0] or Michigan English Language Assessment Battery [min. 80] or Canadian Academic English Language Assessment [min. 60] or Test of English as a Foreign Language (Internet Based) [min. 80]

Applicants who have successfully completed a bachelor’s degree or a diploma in a Health Sciences, Social Sciences, or a related field, with a program average of B minus [or 2.7 GPA or 70%) may be considered for advanced standing into the third semester of the program.
