Description:Radiological technologists are experts in the use of electromagnetic radiation, such as X-rays, for the diagnosis of injury and disease. Radiography is offered in collaboration with the Saint John Regional Hospital and The Moncton Hospital.

Radiological technologists work directly with patients, providing a combination of technological expertise and personal one-on-one care. as a registered radiological technologist, you will: assess a patient’s condition and obtain clinical history; determine technical parameters for production of images; conduct examinations within a hospital’s diagnostic imaging department, operating room, trauma room, and critical care units; analyze images; collaborate with the medical team, including radiologists; and provide education and information to the patient and their family.
