| Application Notes : | A letter of interest explaining the applicant's interest in the Nursing program, a letter of support from a health care professional, and two letters of reference from either a community leader, employer, or other authority, such as a teacher are required. |
| Additional Admission Requirements: | Applicants must pass a criminal records check by the RCMP and have current immunization prior to starting any clinical placement in a health facility. The required immunizations include: DPTP (diptheria, pertussis, tetanus, polio), MMR (measles, mumps, rubella), Hepatitis B and titre, and a Mantoux test done annually. Applicants must also have been a resident of Nunavut for at least one year prior to application. |
