Description:The Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering graduate programs create and maintain excellence in areas at the forefront of research and innovation. An applicant for admission to graduate studies leading to the PhD degree in engineering must normally be a graduate of a recognized university with a master's degree in engineering (MEng) or Applied Science (MASc). Applicants with degrees in related fields will be considered but will normally require strengthening of their engineering background. Application Notes : GRE is strongly recommended for students graduating from Universities outside of North America. All applicants whose native language is not English must demonstrate proficiency in English to be considered for admission.
