    -Acceptable academic record which demonstrates proficiency in obstetrics/gynecology and related subjects. -Interest in this speciality could be demonstrated by satisfactory performance in electives. -Minimum of three references from academic specialists in obstetrics/gynecology should be obtained who can attest to your interest and proficiency in obstetrics/gynecology as well as comment on other abilities which would lend themselves to a career in this specialty. -Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal and communication skills. Relevant degree or equivalent.
