In our PhD program, you will be trained using cutting edge technologies in a state-of-the-art research environment that fosters interdisciplinary collaboration across the medical sciences. You’ll be challenged daily to expand and improve your research and teaching skillset through ongoing interactions with both research and clinical professionals in medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, rehabilitation science, and nursing. You’ll be mentored by our faculty experts who lead nationally/internally recognized training programs in the fields of cardiovascular science, cancer biology, neurosciences, anatomy education and more.

The following are minimum requirements to be considered for entry into the Human Anatomy and Cell Sciences PhD program. Meeting these requirements does not guarantee acceptance into the program.

To be considered for admission to the Human Anatomy and Cell Sciences PhD program, you must have a minimum of a master of science degree (or equivalent).

Human Anatomy and Cell Science requires a minimum 3.5 GPA.

• International English Language Testing System (academic or immigration) or Canadian Academic English Language Assessment or Pearson Test of English (Academic) or Test of English as a Foreign Language (Internet Based)

• Letter(s) of Reference

The PhD in Human Anatomy and Cell Science program accepts applications for Fall, Winter and Summer entry. Applications must be completed online and include several parts:

• Unofficial copies of transcripts and degree certificates
• Confirmation letter of financial support from advisor/supervisor
• Two letters of recommendation (must be requested from within the application)
• Proof of English language proficiency, if required
