    A minimum of a baccalaureate degree or its equivalent from an accredited university, having attained in the most recent 60 credit hours of university-level work a competitive grade point average (program average 3.4 or a B average). A small number of highly experienced and gifted individuals who do not hold the required baccalaureate, but who have demonstrated both the potential for leadership and an ability to meet the academic demands of an MBA, may be admitted. Such individuals must have meaningful work experience, outstanding performance in an alternate program of study such as a professional designation or certificate program, and have a strong GMAT score.
