Description:The General Arts and Science program provides an opportunity to study liberal arts and science courses. The program is designed to reinforce key academic skills and to provide a broad range of post-secondary courses that can be selected according to personal interest and goals. Some General Arts and Science courses are transferable to other post-secondary programs.

To accommodate those students who are unsure of their long term goals, an academic and career planning course is also available. As well, individual academic planning assistance is offered by the Student Liaison.

Graduates may proceed to full-time employment or further their studies in other college diploma, advanced diploma programs, or in university degree programs. Students graduate with an Ontario College Certificate.

In addition to the prerequisite course, applicants must have an OSSD, GED, BTSD College Prep Level or Mature Student Status (MSS).
