Students who successfully complete the major and maintain at least two consecutive years of student membership in the Chartered Professionals in Human Resources of BC & Yukon have the option of being exempt from writing the National Knowledge Exam component of obtaining their CPHR designation.

Applicants are required to have: B.C. secondary school graduation or equivalent, prerequisites for MATH 141, prerequisites for ENGL 105, and one other approved Grade 12 course with a minimum B grade.

  • International English Language Testing System (academic or immigration) [min. 6.5] or CanTEST [min. 4.5] or Test of English as a Foreign Language (Internet Based) [min. 88] or Canadian Academic English Language Assessment [min. 70]
