Description:This one-year Ontario College Graduate Certificate program is geared towards Ontario graduates of culinary management or hospitality management (hotel and restaurant) programs. Students are provided the academic training required to work in the growing healthcare food services sector including long-term care facilities, retirement homes and hospitals.

The Food and Nutrition Management program is accredited by the Canadian Society of Nutrition Management (CSNM). Graduates are eligible for CSNM membership which is an employment requirement for nutrition managers in many healthcare sectors, including long-term care facilities in Ontario.

This program has a September intake.
