Description:The NAIT Culinary Arts program provides students with relevant, high-quality culinary training. Our grads are in demand for a variety of career opportunities in leading hotels, restaurants and catering facilities. Our students get real-world experience through hands-on training in the state-of-the-art Hokanson Centre for Culinary Arts, preparing the dishes served in Ernest's, NAIT's acclaimed fine dining restaurant, and participating in work experience placements

Cost per credit is $193 (for Domestic students) and $747 (for International students). Tuition cap per semester is $1,940 (Domestic) and $68,051 (International). Additional fees apply.

Applicants must have successfully completed Grade 10 English, and Grade 10 Math (10, 13, Applied, Pure, 10-3, 10C), with a 60% overall average in Grade 12 English and Math (30-1 or 30-2 or Applied Math 30 or Pure Math 30) or successful completion of NAIT's Professional Meat Cutting and Merchandising program.
