1. An undergraduate or graduate degree from an approved university with an average of 70% or higher in the last 20 courses (60 credit hours). An applicant who lacks a degree, or an applicant who possesses a degree with an academic average under 70%, may be considered for admission under exceptional circumstances.
2. At least two years of relevant professional experience.
- Test of English as a Foreign Language (Paper Based) [min. 600] or Michigan English Language Assessment Battery [min. 85] or Canadian Academic English Language Assessment [min. 70] or Test of English as a Foreign Language (Internet Based) [min. 100] or CanTEST [min. 5]
