Your King’s degree in Management and Organizational Studies (MOS) prepares you for the ever-changing world of business. You’ll receive an MBA-style foundation with courses in accounting, finance, marketing, operations, organizational behaviour, and strategic management. Then you build on this strong foundation to get where you want to go: a specialization in accounting, finance, global commerce, or human resources.

In our MOS program, you’ll find the courses to pursue related professional accreditations including the Certified Professional Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or Canadian Human Resources Professional (CHRP). And because it’s embedded in a liberal arts university, you can further enhance your qualifications with a minor one of the many other programs offered here.
