Description:The Veterinary program offered at Sheridan is a very competitive program and is a pathway to a rich and rewarding career for those who love animals and want to work with them in a medical capacity. You’ll learn through a field placement in a veterinary clinic or laboratory, and from professors who are veterinarians or veterinary technicians. When you graduate, you’ll be eligible to sit for the Veterinary Technician National Exam.

Graduates of this program will be skilled in: treating a wide range of veterinary medical problems, committing to handling animals in a compassionate, caring manner, their ability to work well as part of a professional veterinary team, and communicating clearly and compassionately to clients.
