Program Information

School:Redeemer University
Field of Study:International Relations and Affairs
Political Science and Government, General
Description:Civilizations and societies are shaped by how different people and religions view God, our ultimate purpose and how we should live. In this program, you’ll examine first what God intended for creation, and then explore how Christians can be co-labourers in societies where ideologies may be different than your own. The tools of labourers for global justice include an in-depth study of politics and economics, but are not limited to them. Redeemer’s interdisciplinary approach to politics and international studies uniquely prepares you for traditional avenues of service, development, politics, and international markets and situates them in the contexts of history, political and economic theologies, world literature and music, the forces and institutions of civil society, our markets and our life together.
