Description:Learn what it takes to effectively make decisions to manage crises. Trained emergency management professionals are needed around the world and in this program you’ll learn how to plan for and manage crises such as natural-hazard and technological disasters, public health emergencies and security threats. You’ll study topics like risk management, crisis communication and business continuity while building strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
