With diverse topics such as leadership and management, risk management, training and development, ethics, and event planning, this program will provide essential skills for anyone managing volunteers or working in a non-profit agency. Participants will learn strategies for effective volunteer management and will contribute to the success of their organization by aligning their learning with the mission and values of their organization.
