Academic Upgrading can provide you with the courses you need to meet your career goals! With flexible high school offerings, this program is an accessible and affordable way to prepare you for your high school diploma, career training, or employment. You can take classes from home or on-campus in an online setting as a part-time or full-time student. The Academic Upgrading Program assists adults of all ages and abilities to reach their goals.

The courses follow Alberta Education curriculum and results appear on an Alberta Education transcript. These courses are recognized by Alberta's post-secondary learning institutions as well as some in other provinces. Academic upgrading is offered at Athabasca, Atikameg, Available Anywhere, Cadotte Lake, Chateh, Driftpile, Fort Vermilion, Gift Lake, Grouard, High Level, High Prairie, Lloydminster, Loon River, Peace River, Peavine, Peerless Lake, Slave Lake, Valleyview, Wabasca.
