DescriptionThe program places an emphasis on the food quality assurance component of the industry. It's designed to provide a strong technical education in food safety and food inspection. Courses feature a combination of lectures, workshops, practical sessions, guest lecturers and projects to hone your practical and technical skills. Your work term placement will provide you invaluable practical experience that will help you become an asset to the industry.
