Learn to manage the only five-star restaurant in Brandon, while working alongside Culinary Arts students to host public events on campus. You have the opportunity to visit world-class vineyards to study viniculture, meet celebrity chefs, and network with top industry professionals. Study fine wines, beers and liquors of the world by researching, sampling and serving them. Participate in paid work placements in exciting locales, such as the Niagara wine region or Banff.
