Description | Economics studies how a society manages, produces, and distributes its wealth. By studying economics, you will develop analytical skills to help you evaluate the costs and benefits associated with any action. You will be exposed to a blend of theory and methodology courses that will help you learn the analytical tools necessary to evaluate and solve complex problems. You will learn from a faculty that is dedicated to teaching and has one of the strongest research records in the country. This major can also be taken as part of a BA Honors degree.
