Description | The residency training program in orthopedic surgery at The University of Western Ontario is a fully accredited five-year training program. During the recent Royal College Accreditation Review, the program was identified as very strong academically with an appropriate balance between service and education.
The resident's progress is monitored with twice yearly interviews by the program director. In addition, discussion of the in-training evaluation report with the attending is carried out in the middle and at the end of each rotation. | | |
