DescriptionThe Airport Operations Associate Certificate Program's purpose is to provide workers, currently employed by local, regional and international airports in Canada, the United States and globally with the opportunity to upgrade their technical and airport administration business skills. It will also be of benefit to those individuals who are not currently employed by an airport but are considering a career in airport operations.

This program consists of nine mandatory courses totaling 24 credits. The program focuses on industry standards and regulations related to airport operations including but not limited to airport and airline security systems, airport master planning, aviation safety and risk management, emergency preparedness, human factors, safety management systems and technical writing.
