If applicants have not completed Grade 12C or U Math and English Grade 11 marks will be considered in the assessment process but the Grade 12 courses must be completed prior to entry.

Scholarships
DescriptionOur program is accredited by the Ontario Association of Veterinary Technicians, the Canadian Veterinary Medical Association, and the American Veterinary Medical Association. Our graduates consistently achieve top scores on the Veterinary Technician National Exam to become Registered Veterinary Technicians (R.V.T.). The Veterinary Technology Diploma (Conventional Delivery) provides students on-campus training over two years from September to April.

Career options include: veterinary technician, research technician, speciality or referral hospital technician, livestock manager, equine facilities manager, farm operations manager, pet care supply representative, race track technician, pharmaceutical technical representative, swine or dairy herdsperson, college instructor, independent pet business owner, artificial insemination technician, and government inspector.
