Prerequisites NotesAdmission to a Graduate Certificate program is based on criteria that ensure the highest standards of academic quality and learner achievement. We look for a balance of work and life experience, including volunteer and community activities, practical experience or training related to the program to which you are applying to. English language skills with a minimum IELTS of 6.5 with a minimum academic score of 6.0 is also required. While many learners may have an undergraduate degree, Royal Roads University may enrol learners without an undergraduate degree where significant learning and work experience are taken into account through the Flexible Assessment process.

DescriptionExecutive Coaching is an emerging profession, both within organizations - where coaches enhance the leadership capacities of key staff and managers - and externally, where coaches work with business leaders. Royal Roads University's Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching program is an Accredited Coach Training Program through the International Coach Federation (ICF).

The ICF accredited coach training program is aimed at senior management, managers and other individuals who are directly responsible for organizational executive coaching activities. Candidates are typically professionals with a minimum of three to five years of related experience who wish to enhance their strategic Coaching skills.
