| Description | Carpentry is one of the major construction activities and employment opportunities in almost every community. Anokiiwin Training Institute offers a full range of carpentry training programs for trainees with different skill levels and previous experience. As with other community based trades related training programs, Anokiiwin Training Institute works with its clients and trainees to fit its carpentry training programs in with ongoing construction activities in the community, so that trainees work on relevant projects and community infrastructure is improved at the same time.
Anokiiwin Training Institute’s Carpentry Training programs can run from several weeks to several years, depending upon the skill levels required by the community. Longer courses are based on the skills that trainees will need if they want to direct their training towards the apprenticeship system. | | |
