| Description | The tourism and hospitality industry, as one of the fastest growing sectors in Canada, offers significant economic opportunities for many communities. In order to capitalize on these opportunities local lodges, motels, hotels, restaurants and other tourism operations will need employees with specific skills and a commitment to providing quality customer services. Anokiiwin Training Institute’s Tourism and Hospitality Training programs can give trainees the skills and knowledge they need to provide high quality and consistent service to visitors to their communities and surrounding areas.
Each Tourism and Hospitality Training program is developed in full consultation with the owners and managers of the operations where those trainees will be working. By providing training in the community where the trainees will ultimately work, Anokiiwin Training Institute can ensure that its training programs address the unique needs of each operation. As well, trainees will receive training on the actual equipment that they will be using as part of their future work. | | |
