Description | The Master of Applied Science program is designed to provide students with an opportunity to strengthen, in some specific area or areas, the knowledge gained at the undergraduate level, and to provide a significant introduction to research. Students interested in the course-work masters program should refer to the M.Eng. programs instead.
Research in building engineering falls into a number of categories, including: computer-aided design, performance of building envelope and materials, building environment (HVAC, acoustics, illumination, air quality), building and energy, wind effects on buildings, building structures, and construction management. | | |
