| Description | Demand for people with professional project management skills is growing by leaps and bounds. Projects in all contemporary and emerging industry sectors are becoming increasingly complex and challenging due to numerous factors. This in-depth program prepares graduates to move into management roles by developing their versatility, professionalism, and leadership in an environment of constant change. Students will learn the comprehensive competencies required to move a project through the various phases of conceptualization, initiation, planning, execution, control, and closing. This course of studies also provides a thorough exploration of economics and financial analysis, operations research, contracting and procurement management, leadership skills, and professional best practices.
