DescriptionIn the Business Analysis and Process Management Certificate, students will learn how to develop business processes to achieve organizational goals, integrate appropriate technologies for analysis and development of business processes, create sound business arguments, using financial and cost analysis to justify any process change, and use SAP enterprise resource planning software (Sheridan is a member of the SAP University Alliances program)

This program at Sheridan offers innovative learning through the use of Case Studies: allow you to explore practical situations in a structured learning environment and Industry Projects: As part of a small consulting team, you'll tackle a real business problem with a client company. Students in this program may apply to the Co-op program during their first academic semester. Enrollment in the Co-op program is limited through an additional Co-op application process that takes place during the first semester.
