DescriptionWould you enjoy working with machines for a living? Our skills-based Mechanical Technician - Tool and Die/Tool Maker program prepares you for entry in the tool and die/tool maker skilled trade or related career in the manufacturing sector, including apprenticeship.

You will learn the high-precision hand fitting, positioning, aligning, and assembly techniques involved in the production of stamping dies. Additionally, the program incorporates several months of paid co-op education work and covers all the learning outcomes for Level 1 and Level 2 of the related apprenticeship program in Ontario.
